Our History

Alpine Roofing was first started in 1939 by William “Tich” Tichy who started very simply with just a truck and willingness to work hard. Tich passed away in 1950 and the company was dormant until his sons Bernie and Jimmy took over the company in 1960. Alpine Roofing has been in business continually ever since serving the front range of Colorado. Throughout the decades, Alpine has roofed many historic and iconic buildings including the Denver Coliseum, Denver Botanic Gardens, Currigan Hall, 52 Hangers at Lowey, Boettcher Concert Hall, and many others.

Alpine Roofing has served the Colorado front range for more than six decades and the quality of our work has been the hallmark of the Alpine name. There are countless buildings that have been roofed and reroofed by Alpine over the decades we have been in business. With outstanding product quality, many customers have returned again and again to Alpine for their roofing and service needs.

Alpine Roofing was purchased in 2019 by Randy Hammond and Sam Depizzol who began the process of transitioning the company to a high performing sales organization with a focus on customer service. They have done this through a complete transformation of the culture by implementing a management system where each member of the company is seen as a stake holder in the organization. From field crews to the office team, each member of the company is invested in upholding the Alpine Roofing values and reputation of serving our clients with the upmost respect and professionalism.
