PVC Roofing Materials

PVC-RoofingThis roofing material can be fully adhered or mechanically fastened. PVC membranes are resistant to chemicals, grease, and animal fats; making them a popular choice for restaurants and other buildings where chemicals are present that would damage other roof types. PVC comes in a varitey of colors and thicknesses. Since PVC is often used on restaurants, PCV manufacturers have created innovations for quick installation to reduce the interuption that roofing work causes to a restaurant business. These innovations include factory customized membrane configurations to reduce onsite detail work.

What is it?

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) roofing is a single-ply roofing membrane that has been in use for over half a century. PVC has two layers of material with a polyester that is added between layers for support making the roof material flexible.
